Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof when reporting the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the eligible product.
The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories (if applicable).
Refunds are provided only if a replacement is unavailable or cannot be arranged.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
The perfume has been used, sprayed, or tampered with.
The product is returned without its original packaging.
The issue is reported after the specified reporting period.
If the mistake is on our side (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Dhaka Perfumes will cover the replacement shipping cost.
For any other approved return, shipping charges may apply.
